PKVIP Terms & Conditions — Our policies in plain, transparent language

By using pkvip's website, mobile app, or any associated service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read this page carefully before opening an account or playing any game.

Pkvip is strictly for adults — only individuals aged 18 or above are permitted to use this platform. You will be required to confirm your age during registration, and pkvip may request age verification at any time.

Pkvip reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website, and the revision date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

When registering with pkvip, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Registering with false or incorrect details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Opening multiple accounts with the same mobile number or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact pkvip Support immediately.

Pkvip conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Prior to withdrawal, or when transactions exceed a certain threshold, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or Birth Registration Certificate. This process is in place to protect the security of your account.

Pkvip currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Available payment methods are subject to change — check the Cashier section for the latest information.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (Two Hundred BDT)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳50,000) may require additional verification.

Deposits are free of charge. Withdrawals are also generally fee-free; however, your mobile banking operator may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pkvip's control.

Pkvip regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals — including welcome bonuses, daily check-ins, free spins, cashback, and more. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

• To withdraw after receiving a bonus, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements.
• You cannot activate more than one bonus at a time while another is still active.
• Bonus validity typically ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on the offer.
• Certain games cannot be played with bonus funds — the full list is available on the promotions page.
• Any attempt to fraudulently obtain bonuses will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Pkvip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. To view the latest offers, Rewards Visit the page.

All games on pkvip use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely fair and independently audited by a third party — ensuring no manipulation is possible.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will generally be refunded.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Game rules and RTP information can be found on each game's information page.

In the event of a technical error, pkvip will investigate and issue a final decision, which shall be binding. pkvip reserves the right to void any erroneous winnings resulting from a technical fault.

Pkvip Sports Betting lets you place bets on cricket, football, and a variety of other sports. The following rules apply to all betting activity:

• If odds change after a bet has been confirmed, payment will be made at the odds that were confirmed at the time of placing the bet.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• Bets placed during a match (live betting) are confirmed at the odds available at that exact moment.
• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it is settled at odds of 1.0 and the remaining selections continue as normal.
• Pkvip reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of suspicious wagering or match-fixing.

Pkvip reserves the right to adjust odds at any time based on market conditions and available information. During live betting, certain markets may be temporarily suspended.

You can request to close your account at any time by emailing support@pkvip.cash. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Pkvip may suspend or terminate an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or inaccurate registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Using bots or automated software.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.

Pkvip is not obligated to provide a reason for account closure; however, any valid balance will be refunded where possible — unless fraud has been established.
